Tuition Rebates
New Member Referral Rebate – Receive a $25 tuition rebate check for each person you refer who becomes a NMYO full tuition member. The ‘New Student Referral Coupon’ must be submitted to NMYO prior to the new student’s audition.
Ad Book Rebate – Receive a rebate check, equal to 25% of the cost of the ad, for each ad you procure. The annual September Parent’s Meeting will address these fundraising efforts.
Payment Deadlines
July 1, 2012: Students are notified of their ensemble placement.
July 15, 2012:$100 non-refundable tuition deposit is due for each student.
Sept. 1, 2012:Health forms & remaining tuition due for each student.
No student will be allowed to participate in NMYO rehearsals or activities until forms are complete and payment is received. Within the first four weeks of rehearsal, students who withdraw from the program receive a prorated tuition refund minus the nonrefundable deposit.
Financial Assistance/Alternative Payment Plans
Financial assistance is available for students with demonstrated need. To obtain an application form, contact the office at info@nmyo.org. The form must be submitted to the NMYO office with a copy of the most recent 1040 tax form. Semester and monthly payment plans can also be arranged by contacting the NMYO office. Submit your requests for aid or payment plans prior to September 1, 2012. All financial assistance applications will be considered on an individual basis and will be kept confidential.
